Yes. Starter is billed monthly with no long-term contract. Team and Enterprise are custom agreements sized to your workload.
That's Team or Enterprise. Team gives you 10 servers with workspaces and roles; Enterprise is custom limits sized to your workload, with dedicated support and an annual contract.
